chemical smelllack of investigation

the room smelled like chemicals one day, and despite my calls, no one investigated. i waited, but there was zero action from the staff. they said it was the ac and i had to leave for hours. also, smoking was supposedly not allowed by the pool, but someone on my floor smoked daily, and nothing was done even after i complained. they ignored my request to open the windows in the hallway because i have asthma, frustrating.

The room was clean and spacious. I found the pool area inviting. everything from the check-in to the check-out process was smooth and efficient. our stay was wonderful, i really enjoyed it.

one day, the room smelled like chemical and when i called the receptionist, no one came to the room to investigate! i called a few times and waited but there was no action from the staff.

The breakfast had both international dishes and thai options. it was quite chaotic after 8:45. Many platters were empty. i noticed they should have more staff to refill them and ensure variety daily.

The room included complimentary coffee, tea, and water. it also had a refrigerator. i noticed it lacked a small freezer. the bed coverings and pillows were very comfortable.

The hotel featured a large pool with many loungers, i always found available seating. the pool had sun all day, a real treat. the fitness room had new equipment. I thought it was quite nice.

the room was clean. i was upgraded to a sea view room, which i appreciated. the pool was big and relaxing. the breakfast buffet had a good variety.

the fridge in the room did not have a temperature dial. i couldn't keep drinks as cool as i wanted. someone smoked on my floor everyday and nothing was done after i complained. the hotel ignored my request to have both windows open on each side of the hallway.
